LARSAN TIN PRINTERS was started in 2015 and the factory is located at Om Sakthi Industrial Estate, Sedarapet, Puducherri. C.RAVI – MANAGING PARTNER He has hands-on experience in Metal Printing and Can making for more than 35 years. He has served in well known companies in India and abroad. He started his career with M/s Oriental Containers Ltd, Bombay from 1984 to 1988 as Q.C. In-charge and acquired good knowledge on Metal Printing. He then joined M/s Surface Coating Industries, Bombay as Production Chemist for one year to learn the chemistry and formulation of Printing Inks, Coatings, Varnishes , Lacquers and Solvent that are used in Metal Printing process. 1989 , he joined M/s Bharat Metal Box, Hyderabad as Q.C In- charge and was promoted as Asst. Mangers ( Printing) in 1992 and served till 1996. He later left Bharat Metal Box to join Nikita Containers Private Limited, Puducherri as Manager (Printing) and was later promoted as Factory Manager in 2000. After a very long tenure of 15 years with Nikita, he went abroad for 2 years to further his knowledge on multi-color printing, UV curing process etc and then returned to India to start his own unit. He and Mr. L. Natarjan – Ex- Metal Box came together to start the unit in 2015. Mr.L. NATARAJaN – PARTNER Mr.Natarajan is an ex-Metal Box employee who has more than 50 years experience in Tools and Die making and is a veteran in this Industry. After the closure of Metal Box , he started his own work shop and stated making dies for all type of Tin Containers’ manufacturing . He is veteran in this Industry and lets his dyes speak for themselves. MR. B. SARAVANAN – PARTNER: Mr. Saravanan an Engineering Graduate started his career as a “Maintenance Engineer” in M/s. Nikita Containers p Ltd., Pondicherry from 1996. He has wide experience and knowledge on the die maintenance & machine maintenance of all types and shapes of Tin. He has developed lot of new designs & tools for different shapes of tins. Also he has designed lot of machines & tools for manufacturing innovative tins . He was promoted as a Factory Manager and transferred to M/s. Classic Pack ( A Nikita Group Tin Container Unit) in 2009. He was leading the Technical Team, Production Team and Admin Team. He has also individually handled a giant project of Nikita Containers’ expansion at Chennai. He left Nikita Group and joined hands with Larsan Tin Containers as a Partner. He is taking care of the Technical and Production Team of Larsan.
